I have this problem too. I just came back to the game as a gold about 2 weeks ago. How can this be gotten around? What am I doing wrong? I try to spend my 366,000 skill points, but the thing just keeps resetting itself every time I click Accept. I have tried this on ESD and in Space. I will try a planet. PLEASE HELP!!
