***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

the things you can buy from the c store that allow you to respec your character, can you sell these on the exchange or no?

No. It's not an Item that sits in your Inventory that you can move & transfer. More just a counter like a character Stat.
