<Dev> Oaks@dstahl: RE: Odyssey dev patch - good idea - will mention to art
I'm curious about the exact question to this answer. Was it about the quadrizillion of bugs/glitches/lack of boffs which bombs the bridge from its throne of awesomeness?

<Dev> Oaks@dstahl: RE: Solo players and Fleets - we are working on design doc for public fleets for solo players that offer similar but limited features - most new content will be for all Lvl 51 players in S6.
Would be cool if there was the means for people in smaller or less active fleets to work together with bigger fleets or even multiple fleets.

If the goal is to get people in the game working together, the fewer the barriers the better.

I don't. What I'm hearing is that people who aren't members of fleets are going to be left out and left behind.

Q: (SlothfulDragoon) Saucer Separation for the Galaxy Dreadnaught: Has it been cancelled or is it still coming?

Dstahl: We hit a snag with this and had to postpone it for now until we can adjust some technical aspects of the FX so that it looks right. Once we get it working and it looks right on this ship, we can add it back to the release schedule.
Grrr... No comment.

AWEN.Had.a.next.playbale.faction.poll.here.
Over 7000 TREK fans voted for The Romulan Faction. This is why the question is ask every time.

It is a matter of historic Trek Sim record that almost 12 years ago Taldren released Starfleet Command II
Empires at War with 8 playable factions. I gladly saw its use of Starfleet Battles and Paramount IP.LIC
first hand through the Beta process. We had limitations on available technology- But had a workable
conquest persistent map called the "DYNAVERSE'

As a member of Interplays advance copy community group I received an ALPHA disk to Klingon Academy.

These were enjoyable experiences as STO has been for two years plus..except for the lack of Open Beta
server backbone.. Cryptic has given all she could and gone into Scotty zone of that little extra TREK
Intangible...That it is only logical for us to expect more from you.

Sometimes it comes off as tough TREK love..well that's the state of this shared experience ..To Boldly.GO

So.Too I recommend you take an old test box out and partition a WIN98 boot of birth of the federation

I like how the Andorian ship was answered but not the question about the Ambassador.

I hate to be the first one telling you, but if you haven't noticed by watching the shows: Star Trek is a cruiser dominated universe.
In my opinion there are already too much (pew pew) escorts in this game. Maybe it's just me, but i want to play a game that is more like what i saw in the shows, not some generic Sci Fi action game, with dogfighting spacefighters and thousands of minespam and huge Carriers driving around.
If i wanted to, i would play another game for sure.

Live long and prosper.
Doubt that will happen after all there in all the Star Trek games I have played a lot of them have a lot of fighting in so besides the odd bit of diplomacy you get in the game it won't be much like a tv show

<Dev> Oaks@dstahl: RE: Poker on your ship - only if Software dev who put it there gets around to finishing it (nudges Jeff)

So, has he been out for coffee or what?

I like the game but I see a lot of brushing off on implementing projects, perhaps it's time to get more serious about finishing them. Just get it done already.
