ok the problem I think was that I saved the file as a .txt file the first time. This time I just saved it as "spacebar" and it seemed to work.

You probably saved it as "Spacebar.txt(.txt)" the first time, or something. But I guess you got it working.

Another minor update:
  • slightly altered the spec to include subsystem repair (no need to respec if you have the previous one)
  • adjusted the cruiser's console setup

A real quick question about Faceroll Bar 7: Is there a necessary order to the skills to place there? Because of the boff layout of my Dreadnought, I have these on my bar:

EPtS2, EPtW1, TT1, BFAW2, EPtS2, EPtW1, BFAW1, Aux2SIF3, _____, FleetSup

(I'm working on Rolor and Azalea for the 3 shield dis boffs and 2 TT Conn officer doffs.)

Can the spacebar trigger all of them like in the escort builds?

Also, what is the recommended impulse speed? I've been using half impulse to maximize turn but I'm not sure if I should just go 100%.

EDIT: Also, I'd like to add that I'm finding that BFAW has becoming increasingly necessary in PVP now that the Kitty Hawk has been released. In the past, that wanton spam was frowned upon, but given that there are so many small craft and torps and mines and platforms and whatever crap people like spitting out, BFAW has helped my team clear **** out so that the CRF3 escorts can drill into actual targets.

Impulse speed depends on what you're doing, I'm always changing mine, even stopping/reversing is useful.
