I'm new to the game and have a few questions regarding duty officers. I did read the 101 but would like some clarification.
The assignments are supposed to be random correct? I was wondering if there are sectors where your more likely to get one type of assignment over another?
For example I need a few more colonists, but haven't seen that mission pop up in a while
I also need contraband, but haven see confiscate from crew or inspect ship recently either.
