As the title says, I cannot seem to find a preview in the tailor for Ferengi outfits -- nor in the Foundry, I might add.
Is there any way to preview how these new outfits look on a character without first having to buy them?
The winter scarves worked the same way, they didn't appear in the tailor until you purchased them. I think they just did it that way because the costume pieces were limited time items.
