Hi

i have a Startrek online account, wich i cancled months ago
yet i see that Startrek online has taken subscription biil from my account here in April?
now WERE do i go to get my money back, cuz wen i look at my account its status correctly
shows subscription cancled, how ever you are STILL billing me!!!

No one will answer your billing questions on the forums. You need to either file a ticket via http://support.crypticstudios.com/startrekonline

or email customerservice@perfectworld.com
