Aux to Inertial Dampeners 2 (1 is just as good as 2 is), Jam Sensors, Scramble Sensors (not really worthless but it's not a cruiser power by any means), Tachyon Beam1 or 2, (1 is terrible and you do not have the turn rate to make 2 work) Energy Siphon1, Torpedo High Yield 1 or 2 *again you don't really have the turn rate for this one, and only tacs really get the miles out of this use Torp Spread instead great for Escorts though* Beam Overload1 (only good for killing shuttles... BO2 is much better)"

All Powers Removed.

"Power levels should be weapons /25 Shields /75, Engines /25 Aux /75 for healing configuration, and if you are running emergency to weapons instead of aux, weapons /75 shields /75 engines /25 aux /25"

Power Levels Adjusted.

"Use powers like Emergency Power to Shields 2, and 1, Engineering team 2 and 3, Aux to structural integrity field 3, Extend Shields 2, Reverse Shield Polarity1, and if you are a Tac, Emergency Power to Weapons1, or if you are an engineer or sci captain, Emergency Power to Aux1. For tactical slots, run Tactical Team1, and either Attack Pattern Delta1, or Tactical team 1, and Beam Overload2. (if you are a tac) Science powers, Hazard Emitters1/Polarize Hull1, and Transfer Shield strength2, or two transfer shield strengths. (1 and 2)"

Powers Installed in my Bridge Officers.

I read the thread.
Yes but you still have RSP2, and Eject Warp Plas 2 on your ship?

Neither of those I recommend (as RSp1 is plenty adequate, especially now that it got buffed again and warp plasma, you either run with Eject mark 3, or just mark 1). For a commander engineer slot, I recommend Aux to structural integrity 3, if you can't get anyone to train Warp Plasma 3, or Extend Shields 3.

Further in the thread, I've got quite a few other builds listed (click the table of contents link, for quick access to the other builds I posted, or endorse)

With the right doffs, you can ditch ET2, and just run ET3 (as it will be constantly kicked into it's global by your maintaince engineer doffs), which frees up a spot.

Feel free to PM me (as my @handle is the same as my forum name.. some how I survived She That Shall Not Be Named)

The only two options open to me at Earth Spacedock, for Cmdr Engineering, was

Eject Warp Plasma IIII
and Aceton Beam III

If anyone has any idea where to get trained for any of the other options ...

Where do I find the table of contents link?

Message me in game in about 5 hours time and i'll give you a hand if stuck.

Dont know if anyone has mentioned it earlier in this thread but here goes. Even if you have the ideal bridge officer skills for your setup, without the skill tree suiting them, they are no where near as useful. Apologise in advance if it has been explained earlier.
Also, I'm a science officer, so I can't train Engineers (need Extend Shields III or Auxillary to Structural Integrity III).

Search for "@naz1911". Have too many toons to give you the fist part.

Warp plas2 not 3, 3 is engi trainable.
Aux to structural integrity 3 you can usually find on the exchange for fairly reasonable prices (there's also an Andorian bridge officer available through cstore if you are a fed that has it pretty cheap).

The TOC link is towards the bottom of my first post in the thread.

Also, if no one's trained you up an Eng Team 3, and Extend 3 by the time I get home tonight I'll do it for you on my engineer, Iceheart.

it's the Aenar BOFF that gives you Aux2SIF 3, just an FYI.

Also, Rodney, that spec I gave you will work for your ship and any recommended setups here. Training isn't a big issue for you since you are a Sci captain. You can't train Engi skills anyway. Someone will be willing to train ES3 or EWP3 for you, I'm sure. I can do Extends, EngiTeam3, but I can't train EWP3.
