I opened up a ticket on Friday night, and received a response the next day (Saturday). I added some additional information about the issue, and received a response about 30 minutes later.
To make a long story short, my issue is a bug which is going to require development effort to fix. With that said, I greatly appreciate the fact that there was clearly someone there working on the weekend to respond to my ticket in a timely fashion. I just wanted to say "thanks" for being there for us.
