I didn't know where else to post this but in the wiki post on www.stowiki.org there is a quote about the "Console - Universal - Point Defense System" that I think is flat out wrong. I am unsure if I am allowed to correct this error or not, and I figure if I am not it is best to post the issue here and see what the community thinks. The quote is as follows:

The problem with the quote is I have for a while now been using the Point Defense System on both a Sovereign Class and much more recently my Odyssey Class with no problems whatsoever. So the question is, if the system can only be used on Escort Category ships, how is it that I am using it on my Cruiser Category Ships? And if the quote is in error am I allowed to fix it, and if so, does the branching out of its usage extend to Science Vessels as well?
Updated all the ship consoles, tier 4 and below, that come on C-Store ships so they no longer are restricted by ship class.
The TOS Tier 1 Constitution ship now comes with +3 bonus power to all subsystems.
Support Drone now comes with Bonus Perception, to detect cloaked foes.
Target Subsystem Shields Rank 1 has been updated to gain the appropriate benefit from Flow Capacitors.
The Klingon Honor Guard Mk XI and Mk XII shields have been updated to display the associated visual FX when equipped.
The Point Defense System has a 3 minute cooldown which makes it just a nudge too long to be compelling. I have one and I toss it on occasionally. But usually more armor/shield/rep boost is better value in STFs. The one plasma ball dodge per 3 minutes isn't worth it.
