Dump the Assimilated Console in an Eng slot

Yes, assimilated module and ferengi console. 2 slots enough

What does the Ferengi console do? I've not ever looked it up

11% torp&mine damage, 46% power transfer, 17 flow capacitors. Awesome as for me, in eng slot
Spent ~20m EC to get it and not a single $. But i was lucky to get 50 crystals from 1 green box.

Crystals - Lobi Crystals? from Green Ferngi Boxes?
What else do you need?

Yes, it cost 200 lobi crystals.
1 box = 1 - X crystals, maximum what i have got - 50. To open 1 box you need 1 key, its 100CP in c-store or 1m EC on exchange. You will probably need more than 20, but you can sell all you get from boxes, sometimes its expensive.
