Well nice to see its not just me then.
I have submitted a support ticket and have recieved an almost useless stock response. Have resubmitted asking them to answer properly

Problem still happening this morning . . . .

I have run the Tracert test described here:

My Hop 2 times out on every single attempt, I tired 14 times.

Hop3 and Hop4 also time out quite consistently.
The IP's of these to are
Hop 3 = 10.1.3.178
Hop 4 = 10.1.2.158
Same range . . . I bet hop 2 is in there too.

Anyone care to try on their problem and compare. I'll admit I don't fully understand this test.
