A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I cannot find any info on this as I levelled up but it still tells me i need to earn another 13k in points to unlock new ships and missions, but also tells me i have used all available. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
You don't get a free ship at 50, but you still should've gotten a promotion mission and had level 50 missions open up to you. You'll need to file a bug report https://support.perfectworld.com/
did you actually go to Admiral Quinn to do the promotion mission and also that 13k more it's telling you may be rank grade not rank skill. The gold/yellow bar under your main exp bar at the top of the screen.
