Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So i was playing Star Trek Online for about 45 min this evening, when right when i cliked to accept a new officer canidate to train one of my current ones, WHAM!! STO crashes and gives me some error. Thinking it was just a random crash, i try running STO again, only problem is, i get stuck at "patching" on the loading bar, next to where it says Cancel/Engage. It's not patching, it just says it is and does nothing, i have tried to work around this to no avail, if anyone knows anything about this and can help, i would greatly apreciate it.
