***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

I had this problem yesterday and today, but realized that I had gotten an email from Cryptic saying my password had been reset due to security issues or some $#!+, and I just had to follow the link to reset my password. I did so and now it works!!!

Which is great if you still have access to your email from 2+ years ago...
