Hi guys, I have an issue. Once the game has changed over to perfectworld I logged in and played a few games. I am part of 3rdFleet and my character name was Icarus.

My account name is blknight and on the forum its drbleed, same as my handle name.
Now I tried logging in again last night and was unable to. I know I didnt change my password and have sent a ticket in.

I have tried to request a new password but the problem is that the email address registered might be an old one that I no longer use or remember. IF its a private domain then I dont have access to it at all.

I need help in trying to get into the game and wanted to know if anyone has info as to what the best approach would be to this situation.

I am able to varify any bank card details, address or anything else that maybe required apart from the email address.

PS the email reply to the ticket I sent was pretty much a dead end and didnt help. The question I asked wasnt even answered and a generic reply was sent to me.

i cant login in my other account were i had payed money for the c store. a day before the worldwide password reset i have bought some cryptic point. and then it was late i went to bed. some hours later, i was so hot to play again. and then the problems made me crazy.

since one week i cant play the game with my other account.
