Ok...So Ive been playing my fed side toons almost exclusively for several months now....

I have the android vet reward BO on my feds....do KDF not get one? If they DO where do I claim it?

In the barracks on 1st city are two BOff vendor NPCs. Choose the one on the right and he should offer it.
If not then go to the one on the left.

Your welcome. They (the NPCs) are on the platforms to the right or left once you enter the barracks.
Read carefully when choosing, as I believe the description was a bit confusing when I claimed mine.
