Just tested it... Both DS9 and mine load just fine...
Maybe there's a common occurrence that doesn't necessarily define as a bug, but something Cryptic did not, or could not take into account when they build the map transfer system?
Things I can think of could affect load time. List the version you currently have of theese, and add whatever you also think could affect it, if I forgot something:
- OS: This is the obvious choice... But also a large one, and hard to bugkill in...
- Graphics card / series: If something has a odd way of applying shaders or translates polys in a specific way, this could also increase load time.
- 3'd party programs: Certain programs have been known to interfer with others (for example Skype interfers with Apache).
- Driver version: No explaination should be needed.
