So are the andorians aloud to use cloaks cz that would be boss, or do they still fall under the romulan "no cloak" section....ooh maybe they will release it when they release the romulans as a playable faction when the federation just doesnt give two cares about the romulans and developed a cloak for the andorian escort so they could have a fresh supply of new ships that they can immediatly put to use as strike craft without taking away from diverting frontline ships. since the andorians are the militiristic race of the fed's its logical that their ship would take on the blackops role and replace the aging defiant refit.
