Disclaimer: I use the large 3 row personal tray.

Issue: The large personal tray moves up and to the right on zone. Upon investigating the UI, the personal tray is active and has no "hide" option. Leading me to believe that the game was redrawing the large personal tray in the position of the unused small personal tray position, upon zoning.

Theory: I tested my theory by moving the small personal tray to the middle of the screen. I then zoned, and the large personal tray was redrawn mid screen. Theory confirmed.

The Fix: Move the small personal tray so that the bottom and left side lines up with the bottom and left side of the large personal tray.

@Cryptic - replace the ability to hide the small personal tray and that should rectify the issue and negate the need to move the personal tray.

This did work for me but I had to do one additional step:

With the "Rearange HUD" open, I had to click "Hide Bridge Crew".

Zone out to another space instance.

All is back to normal.

Aye, I had apparently already done that step on my fed toons - but on another toon I just loaded in I had to hide bridge crew and the weapons tray.

my hud keeps moving on me as well, I use the option number 3, what I'm having to do is ANY time I am in space I have to change to 4 then back to 3 to reset it to where I have it.

I found if you hit ESC twice when the UI has moved, it suddenly snaps back.

To have it move when blown up in an STF is really annoying. But hit ESC twice puts it back. Dunno why.

The real fix is to simply use the keyboard commands for powers. If you don't ever have to touch the mouse in combat, it doesn't matter what the trays are doing.

Indeed this works. Actually did this earlier today after looking at the UI arrangement. Haven't had a problem since. Was going to post about it but you beat me to it. :p
