# 1 Customer service issues

It's been more than 9 days now that our fleet master Sodrick1 can't login due to the recent cryptic servers security issues
and the subsequent forced password reset. The old email associated with his account does not exists anymore due to changed ISP,
and after a week asking to change the account associated email to the new one, they replied:ticket status solved.
But they did nothing. The account is still locked.
So it seems that in Cryptic they don't know how to read a ticket message or understand an email address, or simply decided
to ignore the problems of a gold account member.
Probably they prefer free to players over regular paying customers.
Anyone who has the means to do so, please try and make this message arrive to someone who can solve this problem,
at Cryptic or at Perfect World.
Any one of us players could be the next ignored customer, the next deleted account owner asking for help to a unsuited
support service.

Uhhh this is a cryptic/PW product. You aren't going to see resolution of your issue outside of a courtroom. You should know better by now.

contact bran flakes he will give you an email should get a better repsonce time

took me 3 days once they started they should be able to roll him back
