A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
why would it be a bug? power siphon drones belong to the kdf (nausican design i think).
Federation may get their own designed drones of this type if the devs feel it is needed. But we shouldnt be able to equip items from other factions - unless they change the entire game so ALL items are available to both factions.
I lodged a GM request about this, and they told me to lodge a bug report. The description of the power siphon drones, and the shield repair shuttles both say "Any Carrier or flight deck cruiser'. There is no listed class restriction. They should have, in the very least, been updated to state 'KDF only' now that the FED have a carrier.

The latter should probably happen - did it by any chance already happen for other items (say, To'Diju fighters?)
