Unfortunately* it's Mister. The girl in the avatar is the singer in a band I listen to.

*Not for me, I'm happy being male.

Holy crap, feds are using female avatars, typical Cryptic bias and yet another nerf to Klingon power!

Yesterday, weapon power on science vessel running 6 polaron beams was 120...today, its 109 and no changes were made. Yesterday with plasmonic leach, when firing beam fire at will 3 wep power would drop to about 75%, today it drops well below 50% with each shot....but no...I guess it's not a nerf...

side note...

In an arena map is where these effects were noted....in a cap and hold map, these effects did not occur....but it still seems rediculous that any ship, after being hit with tgt eng/grav well 3/ sub nuc/ grav pulse/ and a borg trac after poping aux bat should be able to just fly away????? again Really????

The only reason to smile about this post is how utterly nonsensical the complaint is mixed with how many people come in with knee-jerk agreement.
Because science class, and skills were ruined a long long time ago.

Klingons had been moaning for a long time how op fed were, and then fed did the same.

it's all pointless really.

Actually, the fed player was not complaining that Klingons were OP. The "fed player" was complaining that some Klingons, the OP being one of them, see everything that is not a blatant buff to the KDF as part of a devious plot by Cryptic to destroy the KDF player base.

Which is good because Science Powers are used heavily on BoPs, Carriers and even the KDF science vessel so suggesting a buff for science powers is a nerf for the KDF is just stupid.

The last time they messed with a console they than put it in a lock box for the Federation.

Next Lock box, get the amazing Nausican Plasmodic Leach Console and for all you Klingon Players you get the Emission Seeking Torpedo.

Meaning that you will still drain power/shield,etc but now just not as much if the target is skilled or equipped against it.

This drain change was more to put a control factor on the massive influx of near full power in all systems ship builds that people have been using both fedside and KDFside.

I plan to do some testing later today when chance arises.

I would definitely be interested in these results, Will you post them? If so then thanks!

No more or less smiles that crossed the KDF faces when the MACO shield was fixed as the PL has been to make it balanced. or the Tet-glider, or anything thats broken and needs to be fixed.
The OP is merely having issues adjusting to the change.
