A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Did a rerun episode last week and I've been sitting on the rewards - namely, retrofit phaser beam arrays versus regular phaser beam arrays.
Long story short, which will give me the better bang for my buck? I like the aesthetics of a blue phaser, but I'ma lso uncertain as to whether or not it'll actually give me the appropriate punch I'll need on my ships.
Also, I'd like to know what modifier combo would probably be the best. For ref I fly both escorts and cruisers (AC, Excel-R, Ody), and am a tac officer, with the elusive and accurate traits.
The specific items I have to choose from are:
