No, even if you could buy/claim it, the costume pieces are "off duty" uniform parts and those cannot be placed on Boffs. Which, frankly, sucks.

Has anyone got screenshots of the new Ferengi costumes, the Ferengi ships in action, their interiors, etc.? I know there are previews of the costume items in-game; but telling the difference between, say, a regular and open jacket is difficult that way. I also have no idea whether the Ferengi ships have their own bridge and such...
