The EMH doctor on voyager was a favourite character for many viewers.
Sto already has photonic Duty officers and bridge officers

So here goes

Give us a playable Photonic Captain
This character would come in handy in many situations (and his respawning could be explained as system reboot)
I suggest a price approximately double that of a more normal special captain.

This release could be accompanied with Photonic bridge officers (customisable) for all three careers
Again at a higher price than the norm

possibly a holographic ship as well (we know these exist my science captain pops them off every time he is attacked by the Romulans)

We could even have a "holographic bundle"
Consisting of
Holographic captain
three holographic bridge officers (one of each)
A mass collectable (same as the weapons in other packs) "mobile emitter" which would replace hypo and food for holograms entirely or you could have them heal from power packs

The holographic ship could be physically small (shuttle size) but project its exterior to reflect how the captain wishes to appear

thus a shuttle sized ship flys into a system
A romulan warbird decloaks
the shuttle size ship activates emitters and transforms into a powerful warship (scaled to level perhaps)

That would be awesome! I especially like the idea of a "mobile emitter" instead of hypos. However, the holoship could be a problem. Maybe just a small selection of ships it can turn into, all with the same BOFF slots, maybe?

The slots would remain unchanged yes

AFAIK Photonic Captains and Android ones are off the current table for now.....
