# 1 cannot access support tickets

I dont know if this is the right section , so i apologize if its not /

Down to business :

I have submitted support tickets and got email in-game to check "view tickets " under the support icon in-game .
When i check "view my tickets " i dont see any tickets there , not the old ones , not the open ones i submitted last week and not the answers , any ideas how this can be solved ?

Known issue for at least months with no fix that I'm aware of. I have one ticket from about 4 months in my queue that I closed myself right after filing that's still there. Nothing else.

And other players complain that even if the tickets show up, they get closed with solved notifications with no resolutions.

You may want to search the forums here for ticket system to see the previous threads. (please excuse me but I;ve got a screaming kid no less than 5 feet away from me. Research is not for me right now)
