***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Hi,
this really annoys me now. The fleet roster shows "ghosts", means people who aren't online. This bug exists since months. So I opened a ticket ([System] [TicketCreated] Successfully submitted ticket ID #1,341,734.), but I cannot see the state of the ticket anywhere (neither ingame or on any support page).

Not only nobody takes care of the problem, your ticket system seems to be broken, too.

Hate to say it but the ingame ticket system has been broken for months now.

Dont bother reporting bugs in this game. They will eventually be fixed but not because we mention them. And if they do get fixed its most likely 6 months from now..

Yeah, I've seen the fleet roster bug thing for a while now, seen multiple threads about it and, unfortuantly, since it's probably not considered a "critical" bug, it could take a very, very long time to get it fixed.
There are some persistant bugs like that that have literally been around for over a year.
Probably just have to get used to it and deal with it...
Kinda like the KDF has to do about it's mission content inequality.
