The Vor'Cha can make a beam boat like a typical Cruiser or it can be a DHC wielding nightmare.
I run 2 Torps, DHC, DC Fore, 3 Turrets, Trico Mine aft. Although this is at General. And I seriously am starting to reconsider the 2 Torps for anything other than STF's.
DHC's fore, Turrets aft. Add a torpedo if you want. You need Eject Warp Plasma for this to work, essentially you hit evasive, drop the plasma and than spin round, and let the DHC's do their work.
