These are Over & Under Powered T5 versions of the T1 Escort Refit Gladius Class and T3 Escort Refit Thunderchild.
I think the original poster purchased the Connie, Gladius and Thunderchild and wants to use them at T5.

Seriously if I'm reading this right, 10 Tactical BOFF abilities, 6 Engineering BOFF abilities, 4 Science BOFF abilities. 20 BOFF abilities is a little more than the standard 12 BOFF abilities.

Again BOFFs are off, this time only 9 you should always consider an Escort to be Tac Com (4), Tac Lt.Com (3), Eng Lt (2), Sci Lt (2), Ens (1). I know the MVAE swaps the Sci to Lt.Com and the Tac down to Lt. Still the same basic layout.
Not enough Consoles, Not Enough Weapons too much Weapon power +15 is the most any ship gets to a single stat. And missing a Weapon for no reason.
Also why why would the Federation make Polaron Quad Cannons, let alone Dual Polaron Quad Cannons whatever that's meant to be. The Federation make Phasers. Yes I know you can equip your ship however you want. I run Tetryon on my Cruiser, Polaron on my Escort and my Sci vessel will probably run Disruptors.
The biggest question I have to ask is why? What role do these ships fill other than you own the refits and want to use them at T5. And yeah that's a good enough reason. But I'd rather see the Fleet Escort get an Akira makeover and the Defiant a Sabre look than add these ships to the game.
Heck I personally think the Akira should be moved to Cruiser status rather than Escort. Think the Vor'Cha but it can't cloak and has the BOFF layout of the Excelsior. Also Klingons get a new Cruiser that is a D7 and has the BOFF layout of the Excelsior and it's gets an alternate skin looks like a completely new ship. Killing three birds with one ship. The Cruiser the KDF lacks, the D7 for the Retro crowd and a new Ship design for the Klingons that is built by Klingons.
