# 1 Wolf 359 System

Ok I know this probably a mute point to most people... but question... why the borg tech debris. Honestly the federation fleet at wolf 359 didn't even dent that cube. They threw everything they had at it and it just grinned at em and kept comin. I know its a memorial to that two part episode (Best of Both Worlds) but should only be the debris of fed ships.

Also I noticed there some a ship missing specifically... The Admirals Ship, USS Belfast I think it was. It was a refit Excelsior Class. Riker was up for command of it. It was mentioned in the show...

I know i'm nit picking but i do go to that system from time to time just to see if anything changed and to kinda remember what I believe was one of the better borg episodes filmed

Actually If I'm remembering right from last week when I just watched those episodes again the ship was actually the U.S.S. Melbourne that Riker was up for. It was also stated that a Borg Cube can sustain severe damage to the Cube and it can still function and regenerate, so there could be some debris.

Personally I really wish they would do something with Wolf359 like have it be the secret location for a cloaked Borg counter offensive and technology advancement base. Make it only known to VA rank players and have some sort of unique gear and mission surrounding it. maybe some type of tie in with the fleetbase pve missions?

I think they should do something with Wolf 359...even a daily or something quick like that.

The wolf 359 ingame system has far more federation hulks then the 39 ships destroyed there .

Well, the first time the Enterprise encounted the Borg, it managed to deal some visible damage actually.

It may be that the combined firepower of the Federation ships still managed to inflict similar damage, which left behind some debris...

Maybe not that likely...

If I recall correctly from "Emissary", it looked like debris from the USS Melbourne was about to collide with the Cube when we cut back to the Saratoga. Maybe that collision happened off-screen and the Cube just regenerated.

True - and I'm not sure what that noise coming from the memorial is either - the Wiki claims it's comm chatter from the battle, but it doesn't sound like that to me.
