Are Lethean BOFFs available for KDF or are they rare or can be claimed after certain ranks. I have purchased bridge officer slots and BOFFs to fill out my crew but Letheans are the only race that is not available to me on the First City. Does anyone have a Lethean BOFF?

Yes... actually i have 2 in my bridge (1 eng and 1 tact) I have some 2 or 3 eng rare, if you wish send me pm... yes all are efficient
i have them in a missions (with doffs but dont need doff :S i dont know how explain) you need press J in different zones space, in personal missions in recruitment... usually they show there
