Yeah i hear that. I was in a battle last night that lasted over an hour. I had to do a lot of hit in runs with my Torpedo Science Vessel Refit vs the battleships. People were still in the back fighting the never ending spawn of Frigates/Cruisers it was very annoying. Maybe they should cut down on the spawning once that objectives complete -_-
You speak well enough. Escort-focused, but that makes sense since that's the ship you were flying. I'm glad you went over this.
I'd be happy to hear you do more. Are you sticking with space, or would you do ground ones also?
If there's one problem with flying cruisers, it's that we can't do break-aways like you were doing at the start. We're very all-or-nothing, and generally we end up pulling more and more guys on us just from trying to manoeuvre.
Actually, there's an issue that came up with a recent Gorn Minefield run.
There IS an unlockable spawn point near the Battleships, meaning not a huge trip. Yay? Not so much.
1. Barely anyone hits it(the area isn't exactly somewhere you go), mainly because of...
2.It's in the middle of the Cruisers and Battleships-respawning and immediately getting jumped is very, very likely, and not fun, as you can imagine.
It also helps to think on the following: I imagine you did this with fairly tricked out ships and high level, and the Dreadnought/Cruisers/Etc were OK. The less tricked out you are, the harder it gets, especially the Dreadnought. I'm not slamming-that's normal. To realise the extent-You can be there for up to an hour just beating on the bugger at lower levels. I know, I've been there. Four dudes at 24-ish, just firing and firing and firing, doing everything we can, and slowly whittling it. Not sure what the others were since I'm not knowledgeable enough to recognise ally ships by looks. And god help you if you somehow drag something else in.
