Are the shuttle-specific levelling items still useless? Before I figured out the Vault trick I was toying with a shuttle set-up to see how I could maximize its potential, really push its limits, and I found the shuttle items were very... meh. Even with the drop in item effectiveness, your regular stuff pretty much dumps on it.
