Hey guys how do i go about discharging a ship, ie where in the starbase and which person do i talk to?

The Ships Selection officer which is present at most starbases. Switch to a ship other than the one you wish to discharge and then select, discharge ship.

it should be noted that you loose anything equipped on the ship when you discharge it, and you don't get any credits for it.

uh....one question....does anyone have to be subscribed in order to delete a ship? i've tried everything and cant delete the ******ned things.....

You have to be not using it.

Agreed. Make sure it;s not your current ship by selecting another one before hand.

You'll get a popup asking you to type out the name of your ship that you want to delete as a confirmation. Are you getting that pop up?

In order to confirm the discharging of the ship, you have to type the ship's name exactly as it shows on that window even down the punctuation and spaces. If you ship is the "USS Kill me. You have to type in 'U.S.S. Kill me', periods and all (case doesn't matter). . If the OK button doesn't' light up, you haven't typed the ship's name correctly.
