This idea has been bugging me for a few days, so I thought I would write it down:

If Starbases are end game, I see Doff's on starbases as end - end game :p In my above idea it would take years (or lots of C Points ) to deck out a fleet starbase with 400 purple Doff's.

I noticed there is a "Roster" tab on the Starbase management images Cryptic have released. Player roster or Doff's ?!?
