A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I was trying to run the Tour the Universe (it's where I make 95% of my ec).
Got booted twice in the first ten minutes, and when the game was playing, the scene kept freezing -- resulting in misdirections, crashing into deep space walls, etc. I gave up after the second boot, I was just too Frustrated (with a capital "F").
It's a straight up return of the mess that was causing havoc during Memorial Day weekend, Cryptic applies a patch that clearly wasn't ready and it screws up the servers.
