I have been meaning to ask this question for some time. My main, which is a Level 50 character, got an 8 hr XP boost from, I think, Q. I do not need it on him. I wanted to move it to one of my lower characters but I can't due to being bound. That also means I can't sell it on the exchange and it has a value of 0 so I get absolutely nothing for discarding it. Why is it bound and what are the chances it can be made unbound?

Doesn't answer your bound issue, but the only thing you can do with it is to use it if you plan to do alot of missions in the near future so that extra SP becomes Boff SP.
