What ship?
Check your character inventory some of the come in a box you have to open.
Do you have a free ship slot?
Did the transaction go through?
Did you check the store for your unlocks and see in you could claim it?

Did you try the esd/klingon ship yard vendor? all the store ships are listed with a claim button. look there and see if the buy button is lit up. If it is click it and a confirmation window should open. If your transaction did complete it should say free, if it did not then you need to file a tickit if the points are still missing.

I've sometimes found that the ships can get stuck in a overflow bag if you have a full inventory, had to log out for 10 minutes to get it to show in my inventory where I double clicked it to use it. Also might be worth trying what disposeableh3r0 says, but if that fails I would contact Customer Support to see if they could help you. Hope this helps
