Added Transwarp to Feet Starbase power to all players.
Only works if player is in a fleet with a T1 Transwarp.
Starbase Operational Assets can now be used with weapons and auxiliary offline.
Reduced Starbase Phaser Lance and Disruptor Lance damage by 50%.
Changed the proc for fleet elite disruptor weapons.
This proc now has a chance to vaporize targets that are already very low on health.
Changed unlocks for provisioned gear to be based on Industrial Fabricator or Science Array level rather than starbase xp level.
Projects all use 6 items or fewer for contributions.
Operational Assets now come in different tabs for Engineering, Military, and Science.

Security Escort HP properly increases with player's Squad Command skill.
Normalized HP, Damage and Shields for Fed and Klingon Security Escorts.
They were not consistent.
Increased the time it takes for Security Escort to beam out if you are not in combat.
Improved Shard Of Possibilities Shadows HP, Damage and Shields.
Shard Of Possibilities Shadows will now always last 60 seconds.
They won't leave if you are not in combat.
Improved and corrected tooltips for Shard Of Possibilities.

Updated the Jem'Hadar Attack Ship, Cardassian Galor, and Ferengi D'Kora so they have bonus HP, bonus shields, and an additional console slot so they are competitive with the fleet ships.
Reduced the cooldown of "Experimental Borg Device" from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
Updated the tooltip on Immunosupport Nanites that incorrectly said +20% melee damage to instead display -20% melee damage as intended.

UI:
The fleet the character is in is now displayed on the login screen.
Costume and body variants in the tailor and character creation are now working as expected.
Ships in the tailor now show a preview of their updates when options are moused over.
Updated Mirror Universe event journal preview to show the new Mirror Universe ship skins.
Updated the headers on available fleet projects list so they stretch when the text word wraps.
Added event filmstrip images for Starbase Blockade and Starbase Incursion.
KDF contacts should no longer use the Federation overhead icons.
The "Others" ship filter in the Federation ship store has been re-added.
Known Issues:
Tholian reward boxes are not dropping weapons as they should.
Sometimes the box is empty when you open it.
This is not intentional.
The Expertise contribution window is displaying the wrong amount of Expertise you own as well as how much you can contribute.
If you try to contribute more than you have, it will fail.
To see how much expertise you have, check the Skills menu on one of your Bridge Officers and keep the contribution amount under that number.
Some interacts on the second floor of the Tholian cave are behind pods and cannot be claimed.
You can still complete the mission without these.
In the Tholian Invasion, all Engineer pets catch fire and explode.
Prisoners involved in the Interspacial Inquiry mission are on fire.
Interspatial is misspelled too.
