I know this has been discussed probably however I will just throw this out there again:

After all the work to get vice admiral, it would have nice to be awarded one more free ship. To earn the Vice Admiral and to find out I don't get the retrorefit of my choice was very disappointing to say the least.

At least have the fleet escort retrorefit. Now I have to wait to use a credit card to buy points just to get the ship I want. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is disappointed. It shouldn't always be about money... it should be about fun.

Just throwing that out there.

(And please no negative responses back on me regarding this. I'm just stating my opinion about the game not the people)

Well if you join a fleet, you can obtain almost every ship retrofitied
The Average PvP player

1) Teamwork and timing is #1
2) You cannot "Kirk It" in every ship
3) You are going to die, just get back up

I thought I was part of a fleet when I started. Hmmmmm.... also I thought that was only for gold member that could do that? Hmmm let me try that.

Before F2P you were awarded a retrofit of choice.
Actualy reading things pefore posting will make you look smarter than yelling loudly. Reading comprehension is aparently a lost art.

Ok Free 2 play. Got it. However, I was never given a choice of what I wanted. Not once when I started playing. I must be missing some information here.

It was removed when F2P went live Altho I think the 600 day vet reward gives you a VA ship token still.

After 600 days of Subscribing a Free ship is available at LvL 50 VA/LTG

Freebs get a lot already for Free. At least you can play to max Level with out paying $ like other F2P game set ups.

Besides S6 is just around the corner. Soon Fleet owned StarBase built ships will be available. For Free Even.

If you mean I'm not allowed to disagree with you, then sorry to disappoint you, because I still do.

The level 40 ships are equal in power and stats to the buyable c-store VA ones. The buyable ones have neat tricks which, I agree, may make them a bit stronger than the level 40 ones but that is mostly theoretical. There is no area of the game where your level 40 ship won't allow you to be competitive with a player who's flying a c-store ship.

So basically, you get your free endgame ship at level 40 already. Why should you get it again at level 50?
