I've been looking forward to the merger of data between Cryptic Studios and Perfect World Entertainment. Can player's expect our previous C-Point (now Zen) and C-Store item purchase history to appear under PWE's Billing website feature?
This has been of interest to me for two year's time and it would be a more thorough customer service experience for me as a player. Please make this happen.
