This is probably my 3rd post this month on the forums, I have been having various problems!
Well this problem I am experiencing is as follows:

When I got to Charge ZEN -> Earn ZEN, I get this message:

"This feature is inaccessible at this time.

Your account needs to be at least one week old and have
a character at least level 10 in order for you to take
advantage of this feature.


Thanks,

Perfect World Entertainment"

That is absolute bogus, I am a 300Day (nearly 400) Veteran player, My Character is level 45.

Why is it not possible for me to access this feature? Do I somehow need to set my Main Character as Active for the forums? Or was that removed? Because I cannot find such a feature nor can I do anything for that message prompt to change, I am considering filing a ticket, But Perfect World takes so long to reply to them, My last ticket nearly Idled 10Days.

Any Suggestions? Or should I just file a ticket and wait till I am grey for a reply?

198 threads on this. It's always a plus to search first then post about a problem. That way you usually get your answer right away instead of having to wait for a response.

It's looking at your Perfect World account, not your STO one. That's why it thinks you;re too new. Devs had said previously that they were looking into the problem but if you;re still getting the error, guess nothing ever came of it.

You can try opening a ticket but as you note it'll probably be the 10 days before anything become of it. They seem to put putting off anything related to account issue. For a reference, skim all the I can;t login threads popping up on the recent posts page.

edit: Wow, 198 threads and they can;t get this resolved. That's just pathetic....

Thanks will do next time, I will file a ticket when I am feeling like I am in a nice mood.


(Q), I wonder, are the work staff and Dev's the same as the time when STO was linked to Crpytic Studios?

Well it would seem that you need to wait 10days then you are able to use the EARN ZEN feature, and someone suggested creating a new character would refresh the information of PW.

On another note my account existed before the changes took place, its probably 2 years old now.
(Not sure how old my PW account is right now )

On Day 5 of my Perfect Word Account, I decided to look into this, and found the warning was a false positive..

You can go directly to the Perfect World site, ignore the 10 Day warning message, and immediately set up your purchase 'Profile', then make a small purchase to start the Credit Card Verification process. Took about a day and half to get my first batch of purchased Zen...
