The (space) Polaron weapon debuff lasts 5 seconds now. What was it before?

Also, they have increased the strength of the tetryon shield damage proc, and the damage of the plasma weapon DoT proc. The release notes say " significantly increased". Does anyone have any opinions about whether or not this makes tetryon weapons on par with Anti-proton weapons (generally accepted as number 1 for tactical dps)?

I should also note: The release notes mention, for energy type procs, that "most were imporoved in effectiveness". Though I don't think the Anti-proton bonus was improved.
