I am on the Ship purchase window and saw that even though I bought the T2 Rhode Island version that I'd need to pay for the Fleet Nova Class with 4 fleet ship modules instead of 1. I compared this to my Nebula Class retrofit and saw that for the Fleet version, I only need one. Is this a known bug?
