Is there ever a time when projects required BOffs instead of DOffs?
I've saved up so many BOffs because I thought I heard some projects would need them... but all I'm seeing is projects requiring DOffs.
Also, since the star base is an instance, why can't we beam down BOffs while we're on our starbase. It would be nice to be able to run around the base with them...
I would like more opportunity to run around with my first officer in these scenarios. It would give our Captains more individuality and itd be fun to see who everyone has elected as their 'Number One'.
I suspect it wont be done because of the ammount of people that would have to be on screen in large fleet bases...
