Okay, so I've got two level 12 characters now, one is a Tactical, the other, an Engineer (as irrelevant as that information is).
As we all know, when we level up our character is given both ground and space traits. I've got my ground traits; they're all good and they show up. My space traits however, don't. I've checked the menu (pressed P) I get my Boff abilities, shield remodulators (those five/six options that increase a shield arc) and freighter call show up there, but I'm not getting no brace for impact, no Attack Pattern Alpha, no EPS Power Transfer. Nowt.
At first, I thought this was another glitch in the system after the latest update, but I've seen people use these abilities earlier on today when I can't.
Did you allocate all your space skill points? New captain skills don't kick in until you've spent all your skill points for that level, ground or space.
