# 1 Fleet Events Calendar Broken
07-16-2012, 10:51 AM
Yes, it is great that events now aren't tied to one user in case that user takes a hiatus and the event needs to be changed.

Not so great that all our old repeating events were deleted.

But now there are also so many other bugs in it that I don't even know where to start.

When setting a time for the event, you have to add 9 hours to that time to get the actual time of the event as it shows up in the list.

But when looking at the details of the event the time is one hour later then the time you select.

The length of the event s 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 as you set it as.

The date is 4592 days and 16 hours away from the time and date you set.

As can be seen in the screenshot linked below.

Which makes it silly to even create any events as no one knows what will show up.

Please sort this out as soon as possible

Oh I would have filed a bug report for it but the bug report feature is not accessible with these windows open at the same time.

Are we the only ones with these bugs?

*edit*

If you do not change much from today's date and time when you create it, it seems to work.

But as soon as you set a date further in to the future and changes the time all hell breaks loose.

It seems like it is the repeating event functions that changes it to the year 2025.
I can't figure out why the times changes.

I think the time changes might be connected to the length of an event.

But seriously though, who is there no confirmation on this quite serious bug from Cryptic or someone else posting that their fleet has the same problem.

It can't be just 3 fleets with this problem.

No, it;s been reported a number of times.

I'd post links to help but that offends people here.

edit: And Cryptic very rarely confirms a bug in the forums. 99% of the time, first mention is in the patch notes when it;s been fixed.
