I am unable to make any Cstore purchases since this "zen" was created. Still saying I need a level ten character to even try and all my characters are admirals. Multiple tickets, no responses or resolution. I'm kind of forced to use this forum just to see if anyone has the same issues? The other odd thing is that above the icon saying I have zero zen, it says I'm not logged in, even though I am and couldn't even view my zen amount if I wasn't. All these required usernames, account names, passwords, all for two companies is a confused mess. I guess they don't want me to buy anything from the C store. So be it. No money for you. I give up.
