If I remember right RSC don't have diminishing returns, it give you a bonus off you base turn rate time that many consules. Just like weapons consoles give you the same bonus for each consule installed. I wish I was at home to get numbers for you. I do have a fleet member that has had the Galaxy X up to 19 degrees per second, I think this was before MK 12 consoles. I know she was running for of them but it worked for her.

Your better off taking an Aux To Dampeners in one of the two Lt Eng BOFF abilities than forgoing Armour for RCS.

If you feel the need to put more than 1 RCS on a ship, time to rethink your strategy.

ok only a gal-r but same base turn of 6. with how i have my skills set and engine power level at a total of 48 with borg engines it has a turn rate of 8.9 currently

with 1 common mk 11 RCS witch is 32.5% increase (i was not going to waist the money on the +37 ones) it goes to 9.9

with 2 RCS 10.8
with 3 RCS 11.8
and with 4 RCS 12.8

if i max engine power i get 14.8 not worth the loss of armor

I am a tactical captain, and I essentially have 2 boff builds and 4 weapon builds for the gal-x.

One has ET3, Aux2SIF3 and RSP2, and my 7 beams goes on this one. I regularly take her into PVP loaded out like this, and is both a team player and virtually indestructible.

The other is more screwy, with 2 Aux2ID2 and a DEM3 which I can swap to BP3. This gets all my single cannons/DCs/DHCs, plays like a huge escort that relies on cannon doffs to deal damage. She can turn decently for most parts, then turn very well when EM comes off cd. Tanky as hell while doing so, so she's great for PVE, and with single cannons able to cope with PVP. I've yet to try it, but when I'm good enough to run DCs in PVP I'll get rid of the singles.

I will always have EPtW1 and EPtS2 cycling in both builds.

I will always have some kind of armor plating in my eng console slots.

But I will NEVER have an RCS console.
